Get ready to celebrate the season! Our beloved annual carriage rides are returning soon, and we’re looking for cheerful volunteers to help spread the holiday spirit. Carriage Rides are open to paid social members and will include hot chocolate and a sweet treat!
Sunday November 16th at 5pm: Volunteer Ride Time (early access)
Monday November 17th at 7pm: Social Member Ride Time Sign-Up Opens
Saturday December 6th from 6-8pm: Carriage Ride Night #1
Sunday December 14th from 5-8pm: Carriage Ride Night #2

Decorate your home in the most creative and festive way possible to us your festive spirit. Voting will open on December 15th. Prizes will be given to the top 3 houses!

Letters to the North Pole
🎅 North Pole Mailbox Alert! ✉️
Guess what, friends? Our neighborhood has a very special mailbox—one that’s magically connected straight to Santa Claus at the North Pole!
From November 29th to December 14th, you can write your letter to Santa, pop it into an envelope, and drop it right into this magical red mailbox located at the Obery House (297 Tallowwood Drive). Santa’s elves will pick up the mail each night and deliver it to Santa himself!
To make sure Santa can write back, don’t forget:
✨ Address your envelope to The North Pole
✨ Include your return address so Santa knows where to send his reply
Get your wish lists, drawings, and holiday cheer ready… Santa can’t wait to hear from you! 🎄💌

Get ready for some holly-jolly fun! Santa Claus is making a special stop in the neighborhood for visits and photos on December 6th from 5:00–8:00 PM at 541 Hackberry—and everyone is welcome!
Bring your little ones, your wish lists, and your biggest holiday smiles. Santa can’t wait to hear what you’ve been up to this year and take a festive photo with you!
Whether you’re feeling merry, magical, or a little bit silly, this cozy drop-in event is the perfect way to kick off the season. Come say hi, snap a picture, and share the Christmas cheer! 🎄✨
