Families are invited to hop on over to the annual Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt at the McVay playground! Kids of all ages can fill their baskets with colorful eggs hidden across the playground.
Bring your baskets, gather your friends, and join us for a morning of laughter, community spirit, and sweet surprises!
Popsicle Party
School’s out—let’s celebrate! Join us for our End of School Popsicle Party as we kick off summer with cool treats and neighborhood fun. Kids can enjoy a variety of popsicles while parents relax and catch up with friends. It’s a sweet way to celebrate a great school year and welcome sunny days ahead. We hope to see you there! ☀️🍧

4th of July Bike Parade
Celebrate Independence Day with our annual Neighborhood 4th of July Bike Parade & Ice Cream Social! Decorate your bikes, scooters, and wagons in red, white, and blue and join the parade as we cruise through the neighborhood showing off our patriotic spirit. After the ride, cool off with sweet treats and connect with friends at our ice cream social. It’s a fun, festive way to celebrate together—don’t forget your flags and your appetite!

Winter Wonderland Social
Bundle up and join your neighbors for the Winter Wonderland Social—a festive evening filled with seasonal cheer and community fun! Enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides, sweet treats at our neighborhood cookie exchange, family-friendly games, and cozy photo opportunities with our special winter guest. Sip something warm, stroll through twinkling lights, and celebrate the joy of the season together. We can’t wait to gather, connect, and make magical winter memories with you! ❄️

Front Entrance Clean-Up
Join your neighbors for a Front Entrance Clean-Up Day as we freshen up our community’s welcome area! We’ll be pulling weeds, spreading fresh mulch, trimming plants, and tidying up to keep our neighborhood looking its best. Bring gloves, yard tools, and a helping hand—many hands make light work! Let’s work together to create a clean, inviting entrance we can all be proud of.
Wine Tasting
Join your neighbors for an evening of great conversation and even better pours at our Neighborhood Wine Tasting, hosted by Meza! Guests will enjoy a curated selection of wines, thoughtfully chosen to delight every palate. There will be a per-person cost to attend, which includes the tasting experience. Come sip, mingle, and discover a few new favorites while connecting with friends in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Cheers! 🍷

Backyard Concert Series
Grab your blankets, chairs and coolers and head on over to Goldsmith Drive for a night of listening to some music, connecting with neighbors and watching the kiddos dance the evening away. The Band is being paid through the generous donations from our neighbor residents (Venmo and Cash accepted). Suggested donation is $15-20 per family. It should be a great evening supporting local artists and building community.

Dinks and Drinks
Grab your paddle and your favorite beverage for an adults-only evening of friendly competition and neighborhood fun! Join your fellow Twelve Trees neighbors for a pickleball tournament featuring great matches, good company, and plenty of laughs. Appetizers will be provided—just bring your own drinks and get ready to dink, drink, and mingle under the lights.
