Bring the whole family out for live music from a high-energy band, bounce house excitement for the kids, and wild, sudsy fun with our epic foam machine. Food, games, and good vibes await—don’t miss the hottest neighborhood event of the season!

Donuts in the Driveway
Start the school year off sweet! Join us for Donuts in the Driveway — a casual, fun-filled morning to celebrate the end of summer with neighbors before the first day of school. Roll out of bed, bring your coffee, and swing by the driveway for donuts, conversation, and one last hurrah before routines return. Pajamas welcome, smiles encouraged!

Come listen to some live music at our first Twelve Trees backyard concert!
It will be a fun and chill night listening to some of your favorites and connecting with out neighbors. Bring a lawn chair, bug spray, blankets and even a small cooler. Walking over is highly encourages as street parking is limited. The band will be paid by tips :)

Join us for a sweet summer treat! Graeter's Ice Cream Truck will be rolling into the neighborhood! This event is open to all neighbors and was coordinated by the Neighborhood Association as a fun way to connect! Please note: each neighbor is responsible for purchasing their own treats.
Come by, grab your favorite scoop, and say hello to familiar faces (and maybe meet a few new ones too!). We hope to see you there!

Bus Stop Grill Food Truck

The Bus Stop Grill is rolling into the neighborhood! Join us for a fun evening as our bright yellow school bus food truck serves up bourbon chicken and BBQ chicken, hot and fresh. Bring your family, meet your neighbors, and enjoy a delicious dinner without leaving the neighborhood!
